3D Printable Files
What is your Refund Policy on 3D printable models?
We do not issue refunds on digital models. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before purchasing or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or dowloading our products.
Do I have unlimited access to the 3D files after purchasing?
As all of our files are only for personal use and are forbidden to be re-distributed in any shape or form, you have a limited 2 (two) time availability to download the files after purchase.
Can I sell the physical models I printed using your 3D files?
No. All files are for personal use only and can not be re-distributed in any shape or form. For more information regarding the use of our 3D models, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
I don't have a 3D printer, can you print the files for me?
Unfortunately we don't offer printing services yet.
I need to modify the model I purchased. Can you help me?
Absolutely. If you need the model to be resized, cut or modified for printing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Fees may apply depending on the complexibility of the modification.
Physical items
What is your refund policy on Physical Items?
All of our physical products are made to order by hand, therefore we do not offer refunds on them.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the US.
How do you ship my order?
We use USPS to ship all our physicial products. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase with a tracking number provided.
What do I do if my order got lost/damaged?
We can provide a replacement for you if your order was lost or damaged by the carrier. For us to be able to do that, you first need to submit a claim directly to USPS and then email us with your inquiry within five (5) days of the received date.
